LONDON SEP 3! ROJAK!

What's Rojak you say? A Rojak is a chilli-dressed salad of vegetables and fruit, found all over Malaysia and Indonesia, and also slang for an eclectic mix.

On the 3rd of September, 6-9pm, join us to experience a spicy ROJAK of music, poetry and food. Hosted by Omar Musa, this world class lineup of word-slingers and artists will present a joyous, flavoursome and thought-provoking evening. Featuring Mariel Roberts, Raymond Antrobus, Will Harris and Alex Quicho.

American cellist and composer Mariel Roberts is widely recognized not just for her virtuosic performances, but as a “fearless explorer” in her field (Chicago Reader). Her passion for collaboration and experimentation as an interpreter, improvisor, and composer have helped create a body of work which bridges avant-garde, contemporary, classical, improvised, and traditional music.
